1) How can I change my shipping address?
To update your shipping address: 1. Log into your account
2. Hover your mouse over your name at the top-right corner of the site
3. Click ADD TO CART from the drop-down menu
4. Click on details next to the purchase
2) How do I activate my account?
The instructions to activate your account will be sent to your email once you have submitted the registration form. If you did not receive this email, your email service provider’s mailing software may be blocking it. You can try checking your junk / spam folder or contact us at advancecover4751@yahoo.com
3) Where can I find my tracking information?
Once your order ships, you'll be emailed a tracking number. You can also track the status of your order (and see your tracking number once it's available) on your purchase page.
Please keep in mind that since our deals are heavily discounted, handling times may take from 5 to 14 business days before the order ships and you receive tracking information.
4) Do you offer International Shipping?
Yes, we do. The shipping must be depended on your country location and we recommend you contact to us for more information related your country shipping cost.
5) How do I cancel my orders before I make a payment?
After logging into your account, go to your Shopping Cart. Here, you will be able to make payment or cancel your order.
6) How do you ship my order?
All your orders are sent via UPS or FedEx Shipping Company ( you can make a choice which shipping company you would like to go).
